What to include in your message¶
The more context you give me, the faster I can give you a useful response. If you can, include:
- What your product does — a sentence or two is fine
- What your documentation situation is today — none? outdated? chaotic?
- What you're hoping to achieve — fewer support tickets? better onboarding? a complete site build?
- Your rough timeline and budget — even a ballpark helps
Don't worry if you don't have all of this. Just say hello and we'll figure it out from there.
